A legal disclaimer
These are the terms and conditions that apply to the educational transformation services offered through WombWealth Evolution Inc. CBCA 1681761-1 (may also be referred to as "Aia June," “the Therapist”, "the Educator,, "Affiliate", "Service Provider" "I," "me," or "my"). These terms and conditions are to be read together with any services agreement and any other written agreements between us. These documents together form our entire agreement.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they outline the rights and responsibilities of both the Corporation/Service Provider and the client. By engaging in educational or experiential services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Therapeutic Educational Services
1.1. Therapeutic Educational services, also known as "Advanced Transformational Healing" offered through WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliates are focused on addressing personal, emotional, psychological and physical challenges while offering knowledge and skills for future life transformation practices. These services may be delivered online, face to face, via telephone, or a mixture of all three. Unless expressly agreed upon otherwise by a WombWealth Evolution Inc. representative, services online are offered via Zoom or other similar connection software.
1.2 The approximate amount of time outlined on Service Offers is an estimate based on the needs of an average client. You will receive an approximate number of hours of your educational or experiential sessions as defined in the Services Offer based on your individual needs at the time of the session. Hours may be reallotted to other dates / times as deemed necessary by your personal protocol.
1.3 WombWealth Evolution Inc., Aia June and other affiliated educators and therapists offer educational and experiential immersions to assist with psychological, emotional, physical and transgenerational challenges. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, educators are not medical doctors or licenses psychologists. Education and experiences are offered within specific areas of expertise and educators / therapists do not claim to diagnose, prescribe, or offer support in areas outside of their expertise. The terms 'counseling', 'therapy' and 'coaching' are used collectively as EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE focusing on understanding, resolving and healing emotional trauma and pain carried through from the past and integrating into the present and future. Educational Experiences will help you to identify and understand shadows of the human psyche and past / epigenetic trauma as well as redirect your attention toward goals while leveraging personal strengths and taking life actions.
1.4 Educational and experiential services are designed to assist you in improving everyday life performance and developing a stronger connection to Self, to Consciousness in an effort to minimize suffering and inability to disconnect from the past. Outcomes of these services are not guaranteed as "healing" happens on the inside, and can no way be directed by outside coaches, therapists, educators, teachers or healers.
2. Services
2.1 WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliate educators and therapists offer 1:1 and/or group experiences either online, in-person, or via telephone meetings. In-person service costs do not include travel, accommodations, or meals unless specified otherwise.
2.2 Online and in-person sessions are offered on the basis of availability of educators / therapists. It is your responsibility to request the time and dates that are suitable to you. Booking is done by direct communication with your service provider. Requesting a specific date and time does not guarantee availability however all efforts will be made to ensure that your services are offered in a timely manner. 'Emergency' Service availability will be offered on an as-needed basis for those in circumstances most dire and requiring immediate intervention (this includes but is not limited to terminal diagnosis, acute emotional threat of self-harm, etc.)
2.3 The complex nature of Advanced Transformational Healing is that it happens in its own perfect timing and not according to a logical, linear timeline. In honouring the fluid nature of emotional work, you agree to changes in your Service Protocol and timeline on an as-needed basis. All dates and times booked are subject to change. Unused sessions on the part of the Client have a validity period of six (6) months following the last session or initial booking, after which they will expire. Undelivered sessions on the part of the Educator/Therapist will be offered within four (4) weeks of the cancellation at a date/time that is mutually convenient and agreed upon.
2.4 The rescheduling of private online sessions requires at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice. Please contact your Educator/Therapist directly to reschedule a 1:1 session. If you are unable to attend a group online session, you will be given access to the recording as well as all follow-up material.
2.5 The term of Educational/Therapeutic 1:1 Services is as follows:
1.Private sessions, either single sessions or multi-pack sessions, are to be used within six (6) months of purchase. If your personal situation is shifting dynamically and it is agreed upon mutually that it is in your best interest to move your sessions to outside of the six month window, these arrangements can be made directly through communicating with your educator/therapist.
3. Client responsibilities
3.1 You agree:
(a) that it is your responsibility to schedule private educational/therapeutic and experiential sessions,
(b ) that your WombWealth Evolution experience is a two-way partnership and that you are responsible for your own progress and results
(c) You agree to actively participate in the educational/therapeutic process, complete assigned tasks, and provide necessary information to facilitate the evolution protocol. You understand that the nature of advanced transformational healing is to move stuck emotional / mental and psychological energy which often results in feelings of emotional / mental and psychological discomfort. Despite feelings of discomfort, you understand that the transformational protocol is offered with love, with pure intention and in good faith - and by its very nature, is designed to threaten old belief patterns and expand limiting comfort zones
(d) that you are responsible for communicating feelings of fear, sadness, anger, grief, rage, confusion and discomfort with your educator/therapist while maintaining respect for the professional boundary that your advanced transformation journey is designed to trigger these shadow emotions and are not the result of a personal relationship between you and your educator/therapist and especially not the result of his/her personal desire to trigger these sensations of discomfort within you. You acknowledge that the transformational container requires trust between you and your therapist/educator and you are safe to express your shadow reactions in an effort to jointly find alternate pathways to the cognitive reappraisal ("healing") you desire.
(e) that you are uniquely responsible for your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing while participating in WombWealth Evolution programs, sessions or experiences. It is your unique responsibility to the Sovereignty you are invoking, to express shadow emotions, triggers, discomfort and maintain your own physical, emotional and mental limits. Your therapist/educator will always respect your boundaries, despite it specifically being the goal of our programs, experiences and sessions to offer cognitive re-appraisal, neural re-wiring and physical recalibration of somatic (mind-body) connections. You understand that you can choose to discontinue using services / programs / offers at any time but that will not entitle you to a refund of unused funds; and
(e) if you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, or using pharmaceutical treatment (including birth control, hormone replacement therapy) you must inform them of your decision to collaborate with these programs/services and check with them if in their opinion, you have the required capacity to participate fully in WombWealth offerings.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 The client agrees to pay the Service/Program fees as outlined on the checkout page, service agreement or as agreed upon directly with the Service Provider (Educator/Therapist).
4.2 Payment can be made via credit card or debit card and processed by WISE, direct banking transfer or any other payment method accepted by the Educator/Therapist. Details regarding payment methods will be provided to you.
4.3 Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services. Apprenticeship pathway payments not paid for two (2) consecutive months will result in a suspension of apprenticeship status.
4.4 All fees paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement or as agreed upon by the Therapist/Educator and the client. Some fees paid may be transferable; arrangements to be made directly and agreed upon in writing.
5. Refund policy
5.1 The aim of WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliated Educators/Therapist/Service Providers is to provide you with personalised service protocol to help you process, recalibrate and activate new emotional, psychological, mental and physical actions and behaviours in your life. Group programs offered online or in-person, while less personalized, aim to always consider your personal needs and special arrangements may be offered upon request to give additional support as needed. In accepting one of the limited number of places available in sessions/programs/services, you acknowledge the commitment of time and resources to you. For this reason, if you decide to withdraw from any/all educational/experiential/service offers before the end of their term/delivery, you will not be entitled to a refund.
5.2 Refunds are not available for any reason, including but not limited to:
(a) inability to attend all sessions within the timeframe specified.
(b) inability to secure service sessions on a specific date or time.
(c) inability to secure a service sessions within a specific timeframe.
(d) inability to attend service sessions due to personal matters including illness, family situation, travel complications, etc.
(e) emotional discomfort, "triggered state", friction with the process as offered by the Therapist / Educator / Service Provider you have chosen to work with
5.3 Partial refunds (in the form of transfer of funds) include, but are not limited to:
(a) transferring unused funds to a different service/offer
(b) deferring unused funds to a different time/date
(c) in some cases, if agreed-upon with your Service Provider (Educator/Therapist) unused funds may be transferred to a different client / participant.
Please note that while all efforts will be made in good faith to accommodate your needs, there is no guarantee of fulfillment of all requests. If you require specific arrangements prior to your services/sessions/program attendance, please contact your Educator/Therapist/Service Provider prior to purchase to ensure availability.
6. Termination
6.1 Education / Experiential services will terminate at the end of the specified term.
6.2 If for any reason your Therapist/Educator/Service Provider decides that he/she will be unable to fulfil any or all of their services included in your package, through no fault of their own, and other than as a result of you missing services, you agree that termination of this agreement will be provided to you by written notice of termination without providing reasons and you will be refunded the proportion of fees relating to the balance of the term of this agreement, or proportionate to the services already delivered, at the discretion of your Therapist/Educator/Service Provider.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by you during the your services and sessions, except as required by law or where you provide explicit consent for disclosure.
7.2 Where confidential information is disclosed to you during the program, it is done so for your personal or professional benefit, and you agree not to disclose that confidential information to any other person or entity.
7.3 You also agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information or materials provided by WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliates during the services and experiences provided.
8. Limited liability and indemnity
8.1 To the extent permissible under relevant legislation, WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss or damages including loss of opportunity or damages suffered by any person from following or applying any advice, ideas or content developed as part of these programs/services.
8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without limiting the application of the Canadian Consumer Law, you agree that:
(a) the total aggregate liability for any claim(s) by you relating to any program delivered to you by WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliates limited to the amount actually paid by you for that package or program;
(b) if there is any fault in a package, service, experience or program, the liability of WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliates will be limited (by corporate discretion) to:
(i) the delivery of that package or program again; or
(ii) refunding part or all of the cost of that package or program.
8.3 You agree to indemnify WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliates and hold us harmless against loss or damages suffered by you or any other person arising from breach of these terms and conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All intellectual property rights in the packages, services and programs remain the property of WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliates. Access to any of our courses, classes and experiences does not give you any ownership rights to those program materials or any other program material.
9.2 You are only allowed to use the materials provided for your own personal use. You must not share, distribute or resell, in part or in full, those materials without prior written permission from WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliates. You are prohibited from using these materials to develop your own program or training for sale or giving away to others.
10. Your content and data
10.1 While all care is taken to store your data, WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliates provide no guarantee for the security of your data and will not be responsible or liable for the storage, theft, deletion, correction, destruction, damage or loss of any stored data.
11. Third party services
11.1 If WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliates make any third-party recommendations including but not limited to third party products, programs or services (‘third party services’), it is because to the best of our knowledge, they are quality products or professional service providers. You must complete your own due diligence to protect yourself.
11.2 WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for your use of third-party services, or loss or damages you or any other person suffers due to the use of the third-party services.
12. Disclaimer
12.1 The packages, services and programs of WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliates aim to provide a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximise your personal and professional potential. We cannot do 'the work' for you. You agree to take responsibility for your own circumstances and acknowledge that the benefit you receive from these packages, services and programs will depend on your personal circumstances and the effort you make upon your own journey toward emotional freedom.
12.2 You understand that it may take some participants a greater commitment of time and effort than others to implement suggested changes or ideas, and that varied results may arise based on the individual’s starting point, flexibility to change and emotional intelligence.
12.3 While WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliates will use reasonable skills and care in delivering all services, experiences, packages and programs, we cannot guarantee that your objectives will be met or that your results will be consistent or improve. Each client arrives with different circumstances, skills and attitude, all of which can impact individual outcomes.
12.4 You are responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions, and results when implementing the education and insight from services, experiences, packages and programs, into all areas of your life. You agree that WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any action or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided.
12.5 While every care is taken, WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliates make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of anything provided in our online presence for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, anything contained in our online presence is provided “as is” without warranty or condition of any kind.
12.6 Information provided in our online presence is for educational purposes only and WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliates take no responsibility for any use made by you of the information supplied.
12.7 You understand that the services, packages and programs offered to you are not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical, financial, business professionals. In your own activation of Sovereignty, you agree to seek independent professional guidance for all matters as relating to your life. You agree that all decisions and actions in these areas are exclusively your responsibility.
12.8 You understand that the services, experiences, packages and programs of WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliates do not substitute for professional care you feel you need and we are not responsible for the prevention, diagnosis, treatment or curing of any conditions you currently carry.
13. General
13.1 Relationship – WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliates are delivering Services, Experiences, Packages and Programs to you as independent contractors and nothing in these terms and conditions should be interpreted to suggest otherwise.
13.2 Assignment – The Services, Experiences, Packages and Programs are assigned directly to you and this agreement and cannot be assigned to any other person.
13.3 No Waiver – Any time or other indulgence granted by WombWealth Evolution Inc. and its affiliates will not in any way amount to a waiver of any of our rights or remedies under this agreement.
13.4 Governing Law – This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and you agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada if there arises a serious dispute between us.
13.5 Severability – If any of these terms and conditions are determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed, and the remainder of the terms and conditions will continue in effect.
13.6 Entire agreement – These program terms and conditions, together with our services agreement and any other formal written agreements between us, form the entire agreement between us. Anything else discussed beforehand or afterward is not part of our agreement or fees charged unless it was included or has been agreed to in writing.
